Gloria Santa Klaus

£1.75

Gloria Santa Klaus was written for three parishes who celebrate Christmas and Easter together but who had little music in common. It is hoped that the recurring refrain and simple responses will help the assembly take part with the minimum of rehearsal.

Although written for a unison choir (with optional descant), the whole piece could be led by a cantor. Instrumental parts in C and Bb are also available (Click here).

Includes an A5 assembly part which may be reproduced on single-use service sheets.

Santa Klaus (St Nicholas) was Bishop of Myra in the 4th Century. Apart from his association with Christmas, he is patron saint of children, pawnbrokers, sailors, and prostitutes. His feast day is 6 December.

Gloria Santa Klaus is published with the approval of the Department for Christian Life and Worship of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England & Wales.
